I loved DMAA so of course I jumped on the DMHA train as well.
I mix it in with some BCAAs and a small amount of PWO. I can't handle these overpowered caffeine PWOs like some people can. DMAA/DMHA work very synergistically with caffeine so a little dose of each goes well together.
DMHA to me is a tamed down version of DMAA. It's a very clean, lasting energy that gives you laser focus and no heavy crash afterwards. I like it. As with most things you'll build up a tolerance pretty quickly so you have to cycle it.
