If u wanna combat cramping... try staying hydrated first, then try some taurine in a large dosage first... get some bloodwork done and check your K

I love just drinking a protein shake without 500 ingredients I can’t pronounce... a shake without finger nails, hair, hooves or other “protein” sources some of the name brand jackasses put in their powder to trick the public by fluffing the protein grams numbers with garbage...
Just one simple ingredient, “whey protein concentrate” in the unflavored tubs... then I add extras if I wish. But now a days I’m too lazy and or don’t want to spend my calories on ingredients so I just drink it straight with water lol.. tastes like the powder milk I grew up on...
Definitely love their products ;0)

KCl or potassium chloride is what we typically use to correct hypokalemia. Normal functioning kidneys should be ok to supplement with 10meq per day.
However if there is some unknown medical or kidney comdition going on or your on certain medications you need to be careful. Hyperkalemia is about the worst electrolyte abnormality to have. Symptoms are N/V, fatigue, weakness, and even arrhythmia at higher levels.
