This is what I needed to hear fellas.
I cannot explain to you the setback this has caused me. I know whole foods are the way to go, but when im working 13 hour shifts in a Walk-in urgent care sometimes I either get a liquid meal or none at all. Lately I have felt like an 11 year old girl that just got her period crying over a public toilet.

The problem with those whey proteins are the companies keep switching additives trying to cut pricing , create new flavors, or improve taste... i dont use any of those 'flavored' whey products... find yourself a good unflavored whey, such as true nutrition... and blend fruits, oats, honeys, macadamia nut or hazelnut oils, egg whites... ect ect.. with the unflavored whey... also, use it in your oatmeal or pancake mix

Syntha 6 as opposed to other protein powders actually has a good amount of carbs in it. Im not saying these carbs are causing the bloating but why be forced to take in the carbs every time you want some protein? As far as having a meal replacement I like the 5% real food bars. Never had any kind of stomach problems with them.
