So check this out I been using SYNTHA 6 as a meal replacement (as needed) for 10 years due to the calories and protein mix. I use ON whey gold standard after workouts. For 3 weeks I have had the worst bloating and gas I've ever had in my life. I had myself tested for H. pylori, been eating zantac, nexium, Simethicone like its gone out of style. I have been miserable to say the least. I pinpointed it tonight and its def the Syntha 6. I don't seem to have any issues with the Whey. And also I don't have issues with milk. Confused as shit why this started out of nowhere too. I know our bodies change but this still makes my effing face hurt wondering why.

Any ideas or has anyone had anything similar to this? And what did you switch to if so?
