I have owned it for a decade I know I paid for it back then. Before good forums existed.

This is by far the number 1 way to lower cortisol!

But like above gaba, a variety of roids, ashwanda, maca theres alot of stuff fer it... But sleep, solitude, and exercise (in moderation) werk best, and sun light if youre nocturnal like me. I dont know fer sure... But ive heard that the body has a hard time with cortisol control if you quit AAS... So theres that too.

Oh yeah and if youre mentally strong... A good imagination can be helpful too! Nothing wrong with imaginary friends, esp. If theyre funny and respect you!
