just a tip, but if you want to stretch your protien and add some whole food to it, try mixing 8 oz. of egg whites with one scoop of whey protein and drink. makes a great pre/post workout drink and probaly better for you than just powders! i use vanilla and it tastes like cake batter to me. i also use this in the morning when time is running short.
