My favorite is ON strawberry flavored 100% pure whey gold standard.
I think it tastes great but I add a banana, strawberries, 1 egg, sometimes a half cut up apple and that way I get a lot of good carbs and my protein at the same time.
Obviously you can see this makes a whole blender full so I can drink it through out the day.
I used to use some bulk up but now I feel thats just to expensive. Same for casine before bed. For me a bowl of cottage cheese with peaches works well before bed.
Cottage cheese is high in protein and slow digesting.
