Shit...at least 600mg or more! I drink probably 2 Monsters/Red Bull a day, plus a cup of coffee or two! Not to mention, the preworkout drinks...Damn, I should probably cut back

I tried VPX Friction, which has a lot of caffeine in it. That stuff gave me jitters and an uneasy feeling for hours. I should mention that I drink 2 cups of coffee every morning with breakfast and have been through several jars of N.O. shotgun , so I wasn't expecting it to hit me so hard.

Hey PAIN, is the aspirin for the headache that follows that much caffeine (if you're not a daily caffeinated beverage drinker)? I'm just curious as to why you supplement it with aspirin rather than another NSAID.

Same here (although every day) 200mg with aspirin. Cant handle the E in ECA but the aspirin is an early NSIAD and the caffeine is my bestest buddy.

200 first thing in the morning and another 200 late morning or early afternoon.

Wont touch the stuff. Makes me feel crazy jittery, and hate the crash. Makes my heart and BP feel to crazy if im on it before i workout or during workout.

On a day I workout... 6C of Coff - which is probably 400mg there, then 200mg and then another 200mg.. so i'm at 800mg... and if I have a late coffee around five thats probably another 150-200mg...
