WPi.
Pre workout.
Sports multi.
And maybe a "digestive health" supplement to make sure your body is utilizeing the foods and supps your giving it more efficiently. This one is often overlooked but an important one imo.
Species Nutrition Omegalyze, V-Mineralyze And if you’re old like me, Arthrolyze. These products are outstanding if you don’t mind eating lots of capsules rather than a compressed tablet that comes out undigested in a turd.
Also their Macadamia Nut oil.
5% Liver and Organ support as previously shown.
That is a bottom line minimum imo.
I also use Costco vitamin C to the tune of 3-5 grams a day, Red Yeast Rice for cholesterol, 81mg aspirin for blood thinning, CoQ-10 and Reversatrol/Grapeseed also for heart health.
perhaps a younger guy can forgo the latter IF their bloodwork shows they are healthy.
But all this shit is useless if you don’t know how to eat. That begins by purchasing a small food scale.

I love preworkouts and of course whey isolate, beef isolate and EAA's. I also use digestive enzymes. I use quite a few health supplements. However if I had to list the most important health supplements it would be...
Life Extension Once per day Health Booster- contains a variety of useful ingredients such as vitamins e and k, macaguard, saffron and lycopene. I use this for general health plus the fact it contains many very useful eye health supplements.
Life Extension Super Bio-Curcumin... anti inflammatory, anti oxidant, heart, joints etc.
Life Extension Super Ubiquinol Co Q10... heart health, cholesterol, blood pressure etc.
Ayush Herbs Carditone... blood pressure, heart, kidneys etc.
Jarrow Formula's Vitamin D... general/bone health, immunity, insulin sensitivity etc.
Paradise Herbs ORAC Energy Greens... general health, regularity, immune system, energy etc.
Synthetek's Synthergine... liver health, cortisol control and anxiety.
Thanks. The preworkout thread on here is the shortened version as well. I need to update things but my list has gotten out of control :o:D
Supplement wise everyone has a different need due to different genetics and blood markers. However, I think everyone taking aas etc should be using curcumin and ubiquinol for overall heart health (inflammation etc). Then if bp is an issue either medication through a doctor or perhaps try carditone to see how that performs. Any kidney issues then astragulus. Liver issues then synthergine. Obviously no very toxic drugs for liver/kidney issues either. It should go without stating preventing issues is much better than treating them. Everything else supplement wise is very individual. Drinking lot's of water is also essential for everything imo.
If your diet is good then there is no must have supp. Real food will always out perform a supplement.
