      I like Dymatize Xpand lately with Yok3d caps opened up and mixed in. If I need more energy I throw in some pure dmaa powder, but usually I don't like to get that wired for a workout.

      Im gonna have to try Dmaa. I workout in the mornings before work so being wired all day would be perfect.

      Where do u guys get adderal? I can get some if I go to the shrink at school but that's a hassle and I only get to see her 4times a semester!

      But I loved jack3d, now I'm hunting for a new supp. I've tried
      1. neurocore (the new one without dmaa) - weak
      2. C4- make me itch like crazy! But when the itch goes away its pretty good
      3. 1MR - ok focus, keeps me up and alert for a long time, can't take near bedtime, really have to Ollie directions about only 1 scoop, I tried 2 and it made me throw up.
      4. Nano vapor - tried for 5 days and every time I had to stop working out because I made me so sick, never again
      5. Dark rage - I love MHP but it was weak

      Just ordered muscle pharm assault and hybrid n.o. Powder, read some good reviews on them, hopefully they are.

      My problem is I loved to be super jacked when I hit the gym, I'm like a machine when I'm focused!

      Should just smoke some crack like Bobby brown cracked out! That would be about right for me! Haha

      Cup of coffee and some good dubstep.

      I've tried jack3d and hated it. Amino energy from ON is ok. I just like to feel a natural buzz so i stay away from gimmicky pre-workout supps.

      Damn I just to take adderal daily for my ADHD, but it zapped my cardio for jiu jitsu every time, so I'd usually end up skipping days of my adderal..pre workout I just take some beta-alanine and BCAA, does the trick for me!
