      I'll never understand why everyone loves ON 100% whey.. it's not pure WPI it's a shitty blend and it's only like 60% protein!!! Also fucking expensive!

      Here's my protein to add to that list. Compare the protein %, and the cost per lb. None of that 50g serve w 20 g protein.

      Whey Protein Isolate

      Cost per kg (2.2lbs) $27-21 usd

      Serving size: 30g
      Protein per serve: 26.9g
      Protein%: 89.6%
      Plus they happily show their amino acid profile to prove no amino spiking, and australian laws are a lot tougher with food so their claimed % is quite likely the true %.
