Wouldn't you have to be deficient in it to get any real benefit? Multiple doctors as well as dieticians have told me this. Naturalists (chiro's) too...

What is the maximum weekly mg of B12 any recommendations?

I take vitamin B orally every day (has a whole heap of different types of B vitamins in the pill), along with zinc, magnesium. If you're feeling stressed or run down this shit will help.

I've always used b12-shot.com. They were always reliable. But all of a sudden and never before, I placed an order and they sent me an email back saying they had problems with their credit card processor, and I needed to log back in and pay with an echeck. It wanted all my checking account info, number, routing, etc. Sounded fishy. I canceled the order as I wasn't giving them that info. I would order from them again though, should they take a credit card. They did say they would have a new processor soon though.

could try also SUBLINGUAL b12 from walmart. my levels were like triple range on blood test from using those. its like 4 bucks

has to be sublingual for absorption
