Vitamin B12 is good for getting some energy, but if you take higher dosage in a week/day you might be suffering from these:
- Headache.
- Itching.
- Swelling.
- Nervousness and anxiousness.
- Involuntary or uncontrollable movements.
Also if anyone has an ongoing infection then don't dare to use Vitamin B12.
