      b12 for more energy?

Does vitamin B12 give you energy?A lot of people have been asking this question. This article will attempt to provide a concise yet comprehensive answer to that query.
How Does Vitamin B12 Give You Energy?

When people talk about energy-giving food sources, what comes into mind are diet that are rich in fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. This, however, does not mean that vitamins are quite useless in giving the body its much needed energy boost. Though vitamins themselves are not capable of providing energy, there are some that are needed by the body to encourage power-boosting chemical reaction. One good example of this is vitamin B12. Does vitamin B12 give you energy? Read the rest of the article to find out if it really does.
When Does Vitamin B12 Give You Energy?
Vitamin B12 works by aiding energy-releasing enzymes that derive their potency from proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. The body only needs miniscule amount of vitamin B12 to maintain proper body function as well as prevent the onslaught of various diseases. Without it, the body will become weak and unprotected. If you are wondering when does vitamin B12 give you energy? It is very simple. B12 gives your body the power it needs after keeping the blood stream well-oxygenated. Through this, vitamin B12 ensures that the body is very much capable of producing its much needed energy. It also works in perfect harmony with other nutrients so that the energy levels of the body is always on the maximum level
How Does Vitamin B12 Give You Energy: A Simple Explanation

does vitamin b12 give you energy

Still confused on how does vitamin B12 give you energy? Maybe this layman’s explanation would help more in explaining the process. If carbohydrates, fats, and other nutrients are fuels and your body is the machine, vitamin B12 serves as the spark plug that ignites the engine to run. This is how important B12 is in the body’s energy absorption processes. Dubbed as the energy vitamin, B12 is primarily involved in the biochemical processes that are necessary in keeping the body strong and capable of performing daily physical tasks.
The bottom line is, without vitamin B12, your body will not properly use its energy reserve derived from nutrients that it consumes on a daily basis. The only problem perhaps is not all food contains ample amount of B12. In fact, meat and eggs are among the few types of food that are rich in vitamin B12. The development of vitamin B12 shots, however, solves this problem. With a few shots of this, the body can absorb B12 a lot faster and with less loss. So, does vitamin B12 give you energy? Obviously, the answer is a big yes.

^^^Yes by injecting B12 directly into a muscle in your body, you can bypass the absorption problems associated with other types of the vitamin and ensure that you get enough of the nutrient to benefit you.

      b-12

      I use b-12 frequently.
There are many sites that sell it but the way I got mine was to go with a friend who raises farm animals.
He was getting some other medicines for his animals and I just put a 100ml bottle on the counter with no problem.
It was 8 dollars if I re-call and all the online places charge a lot more.So if you know a farmer it's easy to get.
Cynocobolamin is the same whether it's for animals or people. It's used for sheep, cattle, hogs, chickens, cats, dogs, etc.
From what I have read many endurance athlets use it and as was mentioned above oxidizes the blood.
I give myself a shot 1ml when ever I feel the need.

Tons of benefits to the B vitamins but I heard excessive levels can really mess you up pretty bad cumulatively
