Update
This Vegan Superfood is the nastiest tasting supplement I’ve ever tried lol. However, the nutritional profile is solid. Nice clean energy for a couple of hours. Keeps my stomach tight in the morning through lunch.
I havent made a smoothie with it yet but maybe will do so soon and will throw a frozen banana in or something geez it’s bad.

Superfood is still fukn disgusting....still smashing it every morning. Can’t wait til it’s gone.
So far:
I stay full on two scoops for well over 3hrs and have to remind myself to eat.
Energy boost is awesome. Might up it to two shakes a day. One more for that afternoon crash I usually get.

Lol I’ve heard stories man. Y’all done some sketchy shit in the 90s too. At the same time that gen got away with alot more (80s-90s). No internet or social media. Still land lines in those days too right? Maybe pagers? When it was ok to punch someone in the face when they deserved it and not go to prison.
