A multi-vitamin, 500 mgs Magnesium (Helps with muscle contraction and energy, not like caffiene though) BCAAs and Pro Plus 50 Protein drinks. I get my nutrients from lots of food more than anything. Protein shakes fill me up to much and I cant eat as much so they arent for me.

Meat...lots of meat! Fish oil, multivitamin, creatine, water and protien powder. IMHO bulking is all about breaking your ass in the gym and FOOD!
Yeah I was thinking of not trying any supplements and keep it strictly food, I feel i waste my money on supplements sometimes!
Gear, food, gear, food.......repeat!!!! Lol
