      Vitamin D

Over 40% of us have a deficiency. I started taking this as a solution to try to help and clear up my skin via a post I read on body acne. Although it didn't work to clear my skin, the fatigue I was feeling on a daily basis completely disappeared. I know fatigue can be caused by a million things, but I had the kind where Id sit in my car for 30 minutes before getting the energy to walk into the gym sometimes. I was taking 10k iu a day for a few weeks (equal to 15 minutes in the summers sun) and then lowered it to 6k iu a day with breakfast. Bought 500 gel caps for 10 bux at Target.
PM is best way to contact me.

Vitamin D is so easy to supplement too, it’s cost effective and I know most place I shop usually have bogo. I was recommend a lower dosage by my doctor st 2000iu and I usually try to shoot for 5000 even so.

Another underrated supplement and vitamin to note is magnesium. I take between 250-400mg a day usually split with meal and with my D3.

If anyone has heard of the vertical diet, they touch a lot on these two vitamins and then key nutrients like your sodium / iodine uptake.

I’ve been to my fair share of sweat shops on this earth, and I cannot tell you how important sodium is. It can completely change your workouts and energy levels in no time. Following any or some of the pros in BB and they’ll show salted solutions in their diets ( salted as in addition of , now get your head out of the gutter)

I prefer pink Himalayan salt, but you also need the iodine from regular table salt. Which can be found in pure cranberry juice.

I fast for 12 hours between last.and first meal to make sure all my food from the previous day is digested. The first thing I consume is
10oz of water w/ 2 tablespoons apple cider vin. The.juice from one fresh squeezed lemon, 1 scoop of unflavored creatine mon. 1/2 scoop grassfed unlfavored whey. 1 tsp cod liver oil And 1/2.tsp of pink salt. With one magnesium/potassium supplement capsule.
My version of.an energy drink with the essentials to start off my day right.
