Best all around support vitamin while blasting

What's going on people. I'm looking for some input on what you think is the best all around supplement while "ON". I've been taking hcgenerate just for extra support along with some other vitamins, so I was just curious with the market now a days if there was a product like hcgenerate that you thought was better and worth buying since it's almost that time again. Thanks everyone for the input or advice I greatly appreciate it.

There’s an endless supply of support supps you could take. I think the bare minimum would be tudca, citrus bergamot, astragonda ( this is spelled wrong lol), baby aspirin. It’s somewhat individualized based on genetic predisposition.

5% Liver and Organ defender is a good start. I still throw in a tudca sup an dandelion root to keep water off.

I am familiar hcgenerate & the forum that pushes that product. I personally have no faith or trust in them.

      Studies:

      Gluthianone study results:

Treatment with glutathione significantly improved ALT levels. In addition, CAP values were significantly reduced in ALT responders. Our pilot study suggests that oral administration of glutathione supports hepatic metabolism and improves NAFLD. To elucidate the mechanism behind the beneficial effects of glutathione, further studies that examine the incorporation of orally administrated glutathione into the liver and the effects on the host redox system using stable isotope-labeled glutathione and animal models are required. Large-scale clinical trials are necessary to confirm the therapeutic effects of glutathione.

      Tudca study:

Serum ALT, AST and ALP levels in TUDCA(750mg)group and AST levels in UDCA group were significantly reduced as compared with baseline (P<0.05). Levels were lowered significantly in TUDCA.

      NAC Study:

N-acetylcysteine can improve liver function in patients with elevated liver enzymes. Better results may be achievable in a longer follow up studies.

      Max
