      What Vitamins does everyone take ?

      Ive been taking animal packs for about 3 months now and have been getting good results. Only downside is having to choke down a handful of pills once a day. Does anyone else use this brand? Any other good ones out there ?

      I haven’t used those in years but they have been around forever and guys like em. I use mainly supplements(spices, plants,herbs, aminos)but I do take extra C and D3.

      Most are synthetic and crap. You kiss them out. Food is the best source but I take 3000iu cod liver oil a day only for the vitamin A.

      Just got turned on to New Chapter. Fish oils seem to be far better processed...if you can believe them. Costco carries an “organic” multivitamin now. Whatever that means. My wife takes them and what that means to me is she isn’t burning through my Species stuff. Lol

      But I agree 100% with Oak, organic or locally sourced food, non-GMO are the best sources of nutrients yet.

      Multi, 4g Fish oil, D3, NAC (while on orals), Milk Thistle (while on orals), P5P (while on 19-nors), melatonin, and that's about it. I know dudes that love the animal paks but I think they are super overpriced.

      Animal is my fave..but yes it a lot of big pills...they do have a vitamin powder thats pretty good same ammt vitamins if I'm not mistaken...been a while since ive had it cherry flavor...and i think orange cream...i had the cherry it was good...now days i just take mens one a day lol..

      A good way to tell if a multi is shxt or not is to look at the B-12 in it....
      Does it say "as cyano-cobalamin" thats sythetic garbage!
      Should say "methylcobalamin"
