JOINT PAIN/HEALTH REGIMEN
JOINT HEALTH/PAIN REGIMEN:
(Also for heart and brain benefits, triglycerides)*
I like small dose nandrolone and as far as over the counter supps, This is my regimen:
3 grams MSM
1500/1200 Glucosamine-Chondroitin
400mg SAMe
1 tbsp Knox Gelatin{collagen protein} once or twice daily
2000mg Tumeric{Solgar is a good one}
2-3,000mg of omega 3 fatty acids{hemp,flax}
These are great and cut down my joint pain considerably. They are also good for other things like triglycerides, brain, and heart health.

SAMe has always helped out my joints. Some countries even use it as an antidepressant. Great stuff. Tumeric for inflammation and I an g2g ...

Yeah I heard SAMe is a prescription item in Italy. Go figure. It does possess anti-depressant effects as well as joint relief. Curcumin is my #1 cant go without for sure. I do use r-Ala as well.

I’ve been using CBD salve and NPP for my wrist pain can’t tell you if one works better than the other but the combination nearly has it gone or possibly masked. I’m still very careful on how I’m positioning my wrist or holding something.

Just a little note:
A new study suggests that consuming a gelatin supplement, plus a burst of intensive exercise, can help build ligaments, tendons and bones. ... The researchers tested the blood for amino acids that could build up the collagen protein that composes tendons, ligaments and bones.
I started using years ago and I definitely feel that it helped me a lot. I just mix in morning smoothie.

Yes Max nandrolones and hgh have been a god send for my joint pain...and i only run a very lose dose of deca 200mgs per week..and what some might consider a low dose of hgh 2ius per day...And from my experience only, these 2 have truly helped me..
