Glutathione Interest
We all know glutathione has many great qualities that support our immune system, cells and organs.
I have found 2 places online that have it.
What is your experience with it?
When do you use it? All the time or only on heavy orals?
How do you dose it?
I am assuming EOD IM?

Glutathione by itself is very unstable and not very bioavailable. Never spend money on an otc Glutathione product. You'll just be peeing or pooping it away. Always use a precursor to glutathione. Like NAC, R-ALA, Milk Thistle, Methionine, Glycine, etc etc. It doesn't take much of any of the precursors for your body to make and get all it needs of Glutathione.

Also need to be taking all your major antioxidants. I call them ACES. Vitamins A,C,E, and the mineral Selenium. Also need to take Zinc w/Copper. As long as you're taking all these I just talked about along with your Glutathione precursors that's all you need. Please remember that all these substances recycle each other as well

Just to piggy back on what was already said....I love ALA. It's a great supplement and potent antioxidant.

Just reading on another board how guys use it inj (with NAC etc supps) Ed 100mg.
Some guys had amazing lab results from taking it. Post cycle all lipids up. 1 month later on glut, they were perfect!
I know a ton of ant aging places sell them as special IV bag therapies.

This is very true. Did you know that in hospital er's the very first thing or one of the very first things that they give to someone who has undergone mushroom poisoning is alpha lipoic acid? It's that good and potent. One of very few substances that can and will save your liver and life!

If it's an injectable or an iv medical/************** grade glutathione then I can see that. I just know that over-the-counter glutathione that you can buy online or at your local health food store is wasting your money. That's why I said precursors. Your body will make and get all it needs from the precursors of Glutathione
