Kefir, fermented foods of ALL kinds i.e. pickles, okra, sauerkraut, beets, kimchi which is a fermented korean recipe, fermented cottage cheese, fermented yogurt so on and so forth

Nice thread New School! This has been a topic that I am very interested in. After experiencing all the benefits of the addition of anti-inflammatory foods{fermented, etc}, ans supplements like Curcumin, Fatty acids,SAMe, Green Tea, along with all of the foods. I am loving it! Not just the GI tract but my overall pain is zero most of the time.

what does this taste like?
There are breweries here. They are popping up like microbreweries did decades ago. BTW - I like brew Dr and GT’s best.
