Typically I’ll do 2 scoops whey isolate protein immediately after the gym. And then 30-45 minutes later I do a meal consisting of: 10oz protein & 7.5oz jasmine rice with 1 tbsp macadamia nut oil
During my workout I sip on EAAs, glutamine & fats acting carbs hence why I don’t do a carb source with my protein shake post workout
