Liver health
What kind of supplements do you take for liver health?! And heart health? Currently going to start taking selenium for liver and fish oil.

Nice!! Not sure where you got it but Walmart.com is cheapest I’ve found or GNC will price match.

Liver health
GNC has a liver detox supplement with a handful of antioxidants, and milk thistle. It’s not that expensive either, and when I had very elevated enzymes I took this along with a much cleaner diet and got them to normal range for me.

Okay... So, this may sound crazy... But, it is medically backed and the old school guys swear by it. I have used way too many orals in my life and abused way too many liver killing agents to have a healthy liver. And, I do. So here goes.... During your active oral usage, take NAC, Milk Thistle, l-gluathione. (Liv52 is good and 5 percents is good and includes stuff for other organs as well, more importantly it contains both NAC and l-gluathione. Post oral, one month of inositol, l-methionine, and choline. It will reduce fatty liver. And, if liver enzymes get real bad. I've l-gluathione cycle..... This is one thing I don't mess with, I had hep c at one point, did the treatment and cleared it, but, it is always in the back of my head.... Doc checks mine before I use oral, half way through, upon completion, and a month post.... My two cents....
