I use provi a lot and mast a lot less. On my personal bloods; I definitely see a change for the worst with Proviron but am able to reverse. I’ll have to research a bit more on what would be a comparable amount. Mast is stronger in changing my look. I will do a bit more research as I rarely use mast and when I do it is mast p.

I would imagine inj short Ester would be better; but I am not sure.

Do you have a favorite Red Yeast Rice? I have been looking and haven't found one yet that says it has Monocolin K in it. I want to try this supplement I recently started taking Hawthorn Berry and a good fish oil. The last time I did bloods my total cholesterol was 229 LDL was 159. I am currently four weeks into a blast and would like to use Red Yeast Rice before I do bloods.
Red Yeast Rice supplements in the United States are not allowed to state the Monacolin K content in their product
because it is the same chemical structure as Lovastain, a prescription statin drug. Another article I read showed
that some brands contained monacolin K in their product and others did not. On ebay, if you type in monacolin K,
there is a brand that claims their product is standardized to contain 3% but it is made overseas.

They work 100%. I definitely saw a massive change in triglycerides and ldl/hdl ratios.

best way to bring triglycerides down is to not eat carbs. not a single medication comes close to no carbs for this.
if you have to eat carbs which most do then yeah citrus bergamot does some good work as well as plenty of cardio

It works
A good EU article about red yeast rice and monocolin {naturally occurring-Monascus purpureus} and additives. Basically we know supplements are unregulated. The reason they are even concerned about red yeast rice supplements is because they contain the natural statin that competes w US medicine. Additives are spiking a compound(a practice used in almost every food we eat commonly known as FORTIFIED/ENRICHED , lol). If you get a decent amount of unspiked product, the naturally occurring will do its job. It helped me. I am not tricked as to why we and other countries try to put out scary information or misinformation about supplements. They do not want you to take anything that is unregulated. That is a fact! They still say vitamins are garbage, eggs are bad{back and forth for decades}. I go with the : - I make my own decision and check my bloods to see if they improve-
I took omega 3 fatty acids from fish, then switched to hemp and plant omegas. They both worked in lowering my triglycerides and improving my ldl/hdl . Proof is in the use over a period of time. While everyone needs all information because you do not want too much of a good thing and definitely do not want to take something contraindicated; in this case, if you already take a statin; taking RYR would not be a good idea. If you don’t take one, find a good brand and try the correct amount of gram/s , mg that work for you.

Resveratrol has been a known anti-aging type antioxidant. My mom is doing a supplement/drug program with NAD/NMN/METFORMIN/RAPAMYCIN/RESVERATROL. I will ask her how it is going. I know she follows David Sinclair, PhD. , also a professor in the Department of Genetics at Harvard Medical School, and Tristan Edwards, an investment professional who developed its innovative company structure.
Sinclair’s lab continues to work on resveratrol and analogs of it, as well as on mitochondria and NAD, all directed to understanding aging and how to prevent it.
His antiaging regimen is to activate pathways to improve the bodies defenses against aging.
He is testing NMN on human subjects. He describes NMN is fuel for sirtuins. NMN is related to NR. NR increases the levels of NAD. Sirtuins need NAD to work. We lose NAD as we age. We have half of the NAD by the time we are 50.
He takes a gram of NMN (Nicotinamide MonoNucleotide) and takes half a gram resveratrol in the morning with yogurt.
He is personally taking 1 gram of Metformin once a day at night.
He has not taken Rapamycin(Sirolimus) (macrolide compound)due to being a Pussy(lol, his words)! He said it was too controversial witn fellow colleagues. It is proven to work in all trials but Shire pulled funding when they found out it may actually work and crunched the number on what drugs would become not needed due to the effectiveness . Of course!!
I will update after I finish his book: LIFESPAN.
