      Intra workout drinks

      I’m sure this has been asked before but what are your guys suggestions for great intraworkout drinks? My dilemma is this, I’ve tried a lot of drinks bc when attempting to bulk and build I do believe having a constant influx of simply carbs with aminos does help repair the muscles quicker as we are tearing them down during training. However, it needs to be the right combination. For example, highly branched cyclic dextrin with a large amount of aminos is broken down enough to wear the gastric emptying is quick enough to get into the blood stream and into the muscles while training. I know some have suggested just powdered Gatorade and whey protein as a cheaper version of this but I feel like this is to heavy on my stomach when training. Any thoughts? Any good sources for highly branch cyclic dex. And aminos?

      Yes if you want to make your own like I do:

      25-50gm dextrose
      7-10grams EAA (not bcaa)
      5gm orthanine (crucial for the krebs cycle and creating atp)
      5gm creatine monohydrate
      5-10gm citrulline (also crucial for Krebs cycle)
      5gm liquid glycerol
      Either Himalayan mountain salt or an electrolyte mix with salt.

      I have found the key to gaining size is carb timing around your workout.

      Intra workout drinks

      I like just ole Coconut Water my brother. Refreshing and all natural goodness that tickles the tip of the ballsack just nice like.

      Not sure about the aminos haha
