      for those that have used them, which ones have worked best for you? and what kinda results have u got off of them?

      Don't know bro but I don't believe in them. Most kill you appetite and you need to be able to eat to lose the right way. I'm assuming your talking about an OTC supplement. My suggestion is proper diet and cardio.

      yes sir i am.... i have been dieting and doing cardio for 6 months.. and i have bout 2 more inches off my waist and 10lbs to go...and its real hard to lose...lol

      Have you tried carb cycling? Also you may want to switch up your diet. Your body adapts to diet just like it can with training.

      i may need to do that .. change a few things on my diet..but as far as carb cycling i need to look up info on that.... i know what it is in general but not the specifics

      I had a trainer that carb cycled for a year and is sitting at 6 percent bf. He put me on it and I was about 15 and went to probably 12 in just two months.

      Carb cycle, cec stack in the am to get me going, eca in the afternoon for Pre workout. Anytime I'm on low carbs gotta up the caffeen intake or I'm mean lol works great tho
