      Anemia and Vitamin A Status

Retinol is amazing stuff and I wondered if it might somehow be affecting our iron status?

Check out Chapter 5 (pg. 150-162) of this stunning book:

      Olson, J.A., Ross, A.C., (1996). “Vitamin A Deficiency.”

      https://pdf.usaid.gov/pdf_docs/Pnacr902.pdf

      The opening paragraph said:

“Anemia has long been recognized as a potential consequence of vitamin A deficiency.”

One of the known causes of iron anemia is lack of vitamin A, this means that those who are taking supplemental vitamin D are perpetuating their anemia status and not because of lack of iron!

I hate how there are 2 types of scientists:
      In Science :
In the most basic sense, a scientific fact is an objective and verifiable observation, in contrast with a hypothesis or theory, which is intended to explain or interpret facts. Various scholars have offered significant refinements to this basic formulation

#1- You have paid off scientists that will rip off technology from the competition to make a new drug by changing the compound on a nano levrel. Also, refutes anything that is sold over the counter like supplements that work/compete with their company drug. Big P****
      {The $350,000+Bonuses over a million a year scientist#
      #2- A non-profit, private funded /non -Corporate / un-sponsored research scientist
that actually do studies without bias to see if something works. The $75,000 a year scientist.

I hate that they say all vitamins and supplements, and steroid are bad , or worthless at one point and then change their view {like omega fatty acids} the physicians said they do t work forever , now they prescribe VascepaAnemia and Vitamin A Status which is pure epa , lol one of the main properties in omega fish/plant oils.

I explore all areas of nutrition etc. Let’s just say this without going into detail...

Most with low D are inflamed and need copper and A more than anything.

If more people took Dessicated liver and got outside more, you wouldn’t see low D status that much anymore. Big statement but in my experience it’s true.

There is more to it of course but taking D for low D doesn’t work.

Man I have a hard time getting liver down. The taste is horrible. Lol
Intersting read on the vit d. Changed my perspective a bit. I started on vit d when i worked graveyard. To supplement my lack of sun. Always something new to learn these days.
This is why I really got into Dr. Shivas work. The guys grandmother was like a medicine woman. Treating illnesses with narural products. Hell most new medicines are just derivatives from plants and natural substances.
