I do use P5P until I can’t. It is effective. Cabergoline is still something I keep on hand.

I take 100mg year round . It is good supplement

Yup. Works just as well.

200mg am/pm
heavier cycles will need caber

don’t confuse P5p with regular vitamin b6 it needs to be active form you get in p5p to see a change in prolactin.

Gonna snag some. Any particular brand you’d recommend?
