P5P can be used instead of Caber
This is talked about a lot so thought I would post up some basics...
Vitamin B6 is an effective prolactin inhibitor that is extremely cheap and safe. It exerts hypothalamic dopaminergic effect which causes a significant reduction in prolactin level.

I do use P5P until I can’t. It is effective. Cabergoline is still something I keep on hand.

so if u need 0.25mg of caber 2x/week on a heavy tren dose how would u Suggest dosing p5p ?

I take 100mg year round . It is good supplement

heavier cycles will need caber
don’t confuse P5p with regular vitamin b6 it needs to be active form you get in p5p to see a change in prolactin.
