Yeah. My girl uses it ED! It is like drinking nothing and doesnt get in the way of my appetite like some proteins. No lactose(trace maybe) Very good!

I have used this brand on/off for many years. Their new Amino+ and Preworkout+ products are great. I am going to try that clear whey next time I order as well. I remember buying a similar product when it first come out. I forget who even sold it but I got a fruit flavoured clear whey years ago from I think the first company to do it. It was one of my favourite flavours but it tasted like crap and I was disappointed. I am sure this one will be much better though as they have probably perfected the formula over the years.
