      Ashwagandha

Anyone else take it? I started taking it 2 weeks ago 3 times a day dosed at 1300 mg a serving, don't know if it's a placebo effect or not but I did feel a bit more relaxed considering I had a comp I was prepping for and a house tha we're closing on in about a week.

I've never seen it used for mood or relaxation, always saw it marketed for testosterone boosting effects which i would imagine holds some merit but obviously doesn't compare to TRT or high dose test cycles.

I've been taking it for about 2 months now, 2100 twice a day. I'm more relaxed since I've been using it.

yeah man it’s definitely not placebo not with me anyway - i work 15 hour shifts and a lot of night shifts and found when including ashwagandha with magnesium i slept so well and deep and wasn’t sure of the effect again like you said if it were placebo or not i dropped the magnesium and ran the ashwagnhda for 2 weeks pre bed and found it to be so relaxing and induce a great deep sleep

So yes, it helped with stress ( things didn't seem to irritate me) and study's have shown that it also boost T levels.

I've been taking only 1800mg a day for the past 4 months, and can definitely tell the difference in the stress relief benefits. I was taking around 2700mg a day, and did not notice much of a difference tbh.
