I donated a pint of blood on 10/6, do you think it would be ill advised to do another pint to drop the viscosity/blood volume and my BP as a result?
Thanks!
I would not, donate that is(Until after dr appt/advice) Those protocols CAN take a lot longer than 2 weeks, even months! But, it is a start. Improvement will come in time. Most that donate are directed by their practitioner.

You are only allowed to donate every 60 days. If you have a local and the Red Cross, they do not communicate so you can go every 30 days.
I had issues while on high tren just before competitions. Around 49 hematocrit, I would all of a sudden start sucking wind and my cardio was suffered. Gave blood and I was good to go.

Thanks for the tip. I got turned down to donate bc my BP was too high. Bought some blood collection kits and did it myself. Not my favorite thing to do but it was actually pretty easy and I believe it helped some.

I’ll give it a go, let some time pass and see if it comes down, if not I’ll talk to my doc and see what he says.
I bought a professional sphygmomanometer and high quality stethoscope. Been monitoring frequently. What really concerns me is the high diastolic readings. I’ve seen as much as 110! I am puzzled again as it was always low. My diet is tight, I do 2 mile hill walks with a 70-90 lb weighted vest 5 days a week and lift hard 5-6 days a week. No other health issues.
