WAYS TO THIN YOUR BOOOD!!
Ways to thin your blood!!
natural blood thinners
1. Nattokinase.*This enzyme is the most potent natural anticoagulant. It’s extracted from natto, Most people who use nattokinase start with 100 mg dai*ly. They may increase to 200 mg daily if they need more. A 100-mg capsule contains about 2,000 fibrin units (FU)
2. Omega-3s.*The two key omega-3 fats—eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)— are mild blood thinners and are known to reduce inflammation. Dose: 2,000 mg to 3,000 mg daily of com*bined DHA and EPA.
3. B vitamins: use a formula desig*nated on the label as a homocysteine formula that includes folic acid and vitamins B-6 and B-12.
4. Vitamin E.*Vitamin E is a natural blood thinner. Dose: 1,200 interna*tional units (IU) to 2,000 IU daily of a vitamin E supplement. Look for a brand that says “mixed vitamin E” or lists all eight tocopherols and tocotri*enols on the label.
5. Ginkgo biloba, 180mg daily
6. Water!! Just plain 1-1.5 gal daily
Just some extra info. Maybe your next bloods wont send you to donate!

Just be careful not to thin it too much, nosebleeds outta nowhere from hell. Not fun during Corona ligma. What are some of the consequences of thick blood? Just more strain for the heart?

A lot of AAS, cause these sides; some more than others. It is just some natural ways to help combat this. Thickened blood{layman term) can be dangerous; just as too thin is not good either. TOO is the key work. You want to stay in medically acceptable ranges. It is a common problem when you see a lot of labwork from bodybuilders. Most have to donate. I wonder if some of these with a lot of water could help?? Maybe, IDK.

Thanks Max this info is helpful. I got my labs back and have a high HCT. My blood pressure has been sky high. My bp has always been good, usually in the 110/70 range. I donated and it’s still high and I’m getting headaches. Gonna give this stuff a try.

Gonna give it a good 2 week run with the protocols discussed here. If BP is still elevated I will talk to my doc. He already knows what I’m doing and has offered me trt. This is the cheaper way to go and I have plenty of test e on hand.
I donated a pint of blood on 10/6, do you think it would be ill advised to do another pint to drop the viscosity/blood volume and my BP as a result?
Thanks!

I would not, donate that is(Until after dr appt/advice) Those protocols CAN take a lot longer than 2 weeks, even months! But, it is a start. Improvement will come in time. Most that donate are directed by their practitioner.
