I haven't tried them with tren yet, but a friend is running tren and just got some to try. Its the ultimate test, lets see! I'll let you know.

That is what i hear. Tren is the love/hate steroid. Its the best test of a sleep aid, side tren/test question. Does the time you take your shot have a bearing on sleep like say i do my trt on sunday at 8pm does that have a bearing on sleep than say if I did it at 10am? Same with tren. I am reffereing to shot days. I know with weeking or bi weekly shots they stay in the system. Still having doc tune my trt dose before next cycle.

but damn I’m glad you suggested something I may end up trying out. I need sleep. I maybe sleep hard for 3-3.5 hours then I’m waking up every hour to piss and fighting my eyes to shut... along with these crazy ass dreams this GH has been giving me its hard to stay asleep..

Give em a try. I imagine diff people may need diff doses. 1 pill did the trick for me, some may need more.

Been reading from lots about how mk677 helps with sleep as well. So i might check that out. My sleep sucks i want to try tren so i need to figure something out

Did you have any sleep hangover and felt groggy and tired the next morning? That’s the bardest thing for me.. dealing with the hangover from it the next day.

Howdy y'all wanted to do an update with some of the advice. Thanks all
Ateril I tried. I was suprised they also had it at Walgreens but only one variety and I think CVS had like 3. I was not sure of the difference as i was in a hurry, but i grabbed the one that looked like the box posted here. Seems to work pretty well
I have also found if i take that like an hour or two before bed and then a benhydryl right before bed that seems to help as well.
CBD i have been kind of mixed on but it seems to help a bit.
i RARELY if ever drink but I will say the amount of stress the wife puts me under I did break like over a decade of no hard liquor ( I do drink a few beers a year often at gatherings) had a glass of Bourbon neat and it seems to relax me and help.
