      CBD and sleep

      Howdy

      Hope this is the right place for this. Anyway I am not even on tren and not on any cycle now. I am back on trt 150mg test c a week. My sleep has always sucked. I know some have talked of using this. If anyone has any other recommendations please feel free to share. I don't want to go astray of rules. I have legally been prescribed various medical sometimes the exact same one will almost knock me out one day when i take it and then next time i take it ( nights before workout days. i do 3 per week) no effect.

      Anyway with cbd what kind of dose and timing of the dose is everyone using?

      Combine cbd capsules 50-100mg with valerian root capsules (2-3), OR...

      Go to CVS & get "Alteril" ... its pure tryptophan and it WILL put you down nice for 8 hours.

      The alteril worked even in my past life when I was coked up out of my mind and needed to sleep.

      Everyone Ive told about Alteril has has success with it. Without sleep, we're not good for much.

      750mg of GABA, it doesn't put you to sleep but once asleep you sleep deeply and restful.

      Yogi bedtime tea made with 2 tea bags helps me fall asleep quickly as well.

      I have sleep issues sometimes myself so I've played with many natural remedies as these 2 work very well for me. I hope you find things that work for you as well brother.
