      4- Hydroxyisoleucine/Fenugreek

4-hydroxyisoleucine derived from the fenugreek seed. 4-Hydroxyisoleucine has been shown to cause an increase in glucose-dependent insulin secretion. Concentration of 4-hydroxyisoleucine content in fenugreek seed, which increased serum insulin levels and showed improvement in lowering the fasting blood glucose level, not only lowered the blood glucose level from 500 to 330*mg/dL but also significantly lowered the elevated lipids {total cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL}.

Fenugreek is an Indian seed with the ability to help regulate blood sugar levels and potentially improve libido. Fenugreek seems like a great supplement to consider for older individuals who want improved sexual health as well as glucose control and you may be able to get these benefits from the seeds.

Fenugreek supplementation have found benefits to testosterone—in older men (43 to 70 years) and improving free testosterone. Fenugreek also has benefits specific to men. With age and some health conditions, testosterone levels can begin to decrease. There are a variety of methods used to increase this hormone, and fenugreek is one of the options.
One study evaluated 30 college-aged men and gave half of them a fenugreek supplement and the other half a placebo. These men went through a four-week training program consisting of weight lifting four times a week. After the study period, researchers noted a slight decline in testosterone levels for the placebo group but an increase in testosterone and reduction in body fat for the fenugreek group.
Another study evaluated fenugreek’s effect on libido and sexual functioning. Over a six-week period, the large majority of the 30 men in the study reported improved strength and better sexual function. This herb is commonly utilized in supplements for a variety of purposes, including increasing appetite, reducing stomach discomfort, aiding in digestion, arthritis symptoms, heart problems, and more.

Raw fenugreek dosages range from around five grams per day to up to 30 grams per day. This total dosage is often split up into two or three individual doses throughout the day. To see more beneficial results in regard to lowering triglyceride levels, higher doses of 25 to 50 grams may be more ideal. But....they make highly concentrated versions with the active 4-hydoxyisoleucine.
A good, well known Brand Name supplement could be a smart choice. I look for a 50-60% standardized extract of saponins on the label.

Yeah. I was so surprised at the benefits. I take 2 grams of highly bioavailable circumin, so I am going to try this fenugreek concentrate. They have kilos of raw powder {bulk supplements} but, it is similar to tribulus in that you only need a 1g concentrated pill and it can equal over 33-44 grams of powder. I saw one that was 33:1 conc
Sounds fantastic. I notice that any Free Test type product has fenugreek in it. Old ass supp my papa said, but it is worth trying. Hoping for a natural Provi! 4- Hydroxyisoleucine/Fenugreek Lol
