Anyone try DIM as a supplement?
I was reading up on the uses of DIM and it’s good for regulating estrogen and also good for acne and prostate. Has anyone used this during or post cycle? Will it have any negative effects on steroids?

Heard of it. Why not use an AI in post if you really need it?

If this stuff acts similarly to an AI minus the potential negative neurological side effects that would definitely be something worth researching further.

DIM is not an AI. DIM will just help the liver detox estrogen like it usually does or should. The problem is that it’s been shown to eliminate some of the good, as well as other androgens. Some swear by it, some feels it’s useless. I have seen no benefits or less in men and more benefits to women.

That’s kind of what I figured from all I’ve read. I do have aromasin and arimadex on hand just in case my estrogen gets way out of whack. I was considering using it on my next blast ,but don’t want to limit the gear by using it
