Max,
What's your protocol for the liver scrub?

Cobra grips, faster than straps, cheaper than other options and hold up to my fat ass with heavy weighted pull ups. Highly suggest them. Available on Amazon.

Contraband wrist wraps are an outstanding wrap that you can choose your level of support based off weight moved.

Grip power pad forearm/elbow sleeves. I get tendinitis in both arms at the elbow area and these help me to keep compression in the area, support blood flow to it and just a general feeling of added support for a problem site. Cheaper than Mark Bell options, more accurately sized and hold up.

I take that actual supplement. But the rest is on my log. Some have multiple benefits. Like SAMe ; I originally took for joints and found it helps liver too. I used to take capsule of everything but, i buy bulk powder mainly now

. I have to use wrist support. I have small joints, which is great but that along with plates and screws in my 4th metcarpal- broke hand 2 times {boxing , rugby}
I need them and grips or wraps for certain exercises. My penmanship went from: “really nice handwriting “ in 9th grade to barely legible at 17 years old .
I was gonna buy the cobras but I stuck with versa, I need to get them when these wear out.

I have small joints as well. Makes for a good look but not support! I get it. So I’ve used the 2 stripe up to 465 # presses and felt safe. Once I hit 2 plates on warmup I wrap up due to my small wrists. The 3 stripe is intended for up to 315. A lot of wrist wraps I’ve found claim to support weight ranges but are just flimsy and to stretchy. These stretch while also getting very rigid like my wrist thickness doubles and takes all the load off that weak point for me. I attached the ranges of weights for each stripe level. I’ve been running these wraps since 2013 and won’t change, I only replace them when they start to smell from putting in work haha.
