      1 tablespoon of ground flax seed (on food)
      1 avocado
      Vitamin D3 (5000iu)
      Whole grains and a variety of fruits and vegetables

      Cardio (3 to 5 times per week)

      Wow the vitamin D stuff is very interesting, but my only concern is that vitamin D aids in calcium absorption and excess calcium is directly linked to heart blockages/plaque build up. I imagine stuff like this is always going to accumulate faster for steroid users, but then again maybe not because we are always physically active so perhaps that negates the bad effects? Seriously as a community we need to be pushing for more studies to be done on shit like this!

      Nose to tail was because people didn't like to waste food I believe, also I'm pretty sure eating animal hearts doesn't have any impact on your own heart health otherwise we would all be eating hearts instead of taking fish oil caps lol
