      What supps to add for heart health?

      Currently I'm now taking the following:

      Omega-3 fish oil caps(300mg EPA/200mg DHA), 6 per day
      Vitamin E(400iu), 1 per day
      Vitamin D3(1000iu), 1 per day
      B-100 complex, 1 per day
      Coenzyme Q10(60mg), 2 per day

      I will be adding IP-6 and Astaxanthin ASAP.

      Anything else you guys can think of? Thanks

      I take some similar things

      CoQ10 800mg 1 or 2 times a day

      Omega 3s either from food or supp at least 2 or 3g a day

      A good diet and occasional supps like Cardarine. Low dose aspirin as needed
      GET SOME!

      I try to get my omega-3 through chow as well. Like killing two birds with 1 stone.

      Aspirin only when I can feel I need to donate blood in blood pressure raises a little more than usual which isn't very often. The Cardarine drastically and quickly increases my cardiovascular health and performance.

      Great post... This is something near and dear to my heart as i get older (58 now). These are some of the others I take in addition to your list (Double up on your D3 it's a hormone and does great things in your body at 10,00 iu's a day and up.

      Magnesium Capsules- Citrate is the easiest absorbed. 10 Evidence-Based Health Benefits of Magnesium

      Pomegranate Juice... Lowers blood pressure 6 oz a day 12 Health Benefits of Pomegranate

      I've been adding in a cup of Green Tea in the morning with a Tablespoon of Cocoa powder, Apple Cider Vinegar, and honey. You can google the benefits of each to see heart health benefits. And it actually tastes alright too.

      I forgot to mention I also eat heart organ when good quality is available, pretty much deer heart from hunting season though I would eat beef heart if it was raised correctly. Organic, grass fed, local only.

      Not excessive at all. I used to take one 5,000 iu capsule a day but I've watched several epidemiologists, infectious disease experts and Drs on the Joe Rogan podcast, over the past 10 months exclaiming the benefits of D3 at higher dosages. Some take far more than 10,000 iu's a day but for me, one in the morning and one at night has been working great. They cited all those studies you want, so you can google them and find em. I'm taking them at their word cause I don't see any reason they would be making it up.

      This is a great explanation about Vitamin D and what you should be looking for from Stan Efferding during one of his Rhino Rants youtube series Rhinos Rhants #3 - The STEROID almost everyone should be taking. - YouTube Really good Stuff in there.
