Max, what is your opinion on pepto pro? I've been wanting to try it intra w/ eaa/bcaa as it apparently digest very well as a protein source, almost a pre digested casein. Still need to add in some creatine
Thanks as always for the knowledge

Any Hydrolyzed{pre digested} protein has its place for people with GI/digestive issues. I have used pepto-pro and Dymatize. I also have used a few private brands. I personally do not need it as I have changed my diet to where it’s use isn’t needed and I can just use plain whey isolate. But- if you take it and follow the timing I suggested above: omg! What a difference adding it to your regimen. I get the Eating all whole food thing, but I have found supplements and supplemental protein a big PLUS+ to reach my goals. EEAS and creatine work period and using a good protein powder or carb powder{if needed} can help you achieve goals more easily and I always try to remind people: these are to be taken 7 days a week. Even on non training days I take them around the same time. Our bodies grow and repair for days/weeks! We need it. God bless guys who can eat 350-500g protein{depending on weight} I find these fat-free proteins a godsend. My casein I am able to handle w dairy but, casein has very good properties. I would try it and see how you like it. Maybe just get a 2-3lb to try. I usually get un flavored which tastes bad but I add my own flavoring. Always give a supplement a chance before stopping; sometimes it takes YOUR body time to get used to it. We all hate Gas!! Lol
