      EAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!

      EAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!
      **~Skip to Dosages/Timing if you don’t want to read!!~**
I realize people went without for over a century of logged training for Bodybuilding.
[This is only for maximizing LBM! No matter if on a Bulk, Cut, or Recompositon. This includes Females and Pre/Teens] always check with physician before trying any information learned below

EEAs EXPLAINED:{Totally worth using!}Especially if you know: there is no way to eat these supplements in a whole food diet. There are only a few supplements for enhancement that are proven and work. Not all the argued science that I have learned over my life Bodybuilding along with PEDS or Natural. You can read 100 papers by scientists, biochem/life science research experts and M.D. PhD’s along with Users. I fall into that the latter and I have used on a constant basis with exact notes of why, when and how much. [** This is about just the amino acid supplements that are included in all four. 1. Protein Powder/2. BCAA/3.EEA/4.Creatine{all forms} ]

      EEA {essential amino acids} benefits:
•EEA’s are more than than 3x effective when compared to intact dietary protein such as whey, and more than 32x effective than BCAAs alone.
•Prevents us from losing muscle and going into a catabolic state in between meals*by supplying the EAAs needed for protein synthesis throughout the body and keeping the amino acid pool stable.
•Not only stimulates protein synthesis but allows body to complete the process by providing all the EAAs at the right concentration and right time.
•You don’t take in extra calories and macros that need to be digested with free form EAA supplements unlike other protein sources.

      OPTIMIZE LIVER FUNCTION
      * Helps the liver produce essential proteins like albumin and fibrinogen 7
      * Prevents and help aid in treating fatty liver disease8
      * A free form EAA supplement doesn’t add unnecessary NEAAs to the amino acid pool, which would otherwise have to metabolized by the liver, so it minimizes the burden on the liver.

EAA VS. BCAA & PROTEIN POWDERS

EEA’s- See Chart for Profile of Aminos
When it comes to stimulating protein synthesis, clinical trials on humans have found EAAs to be more than 3x more effective than dietary whey protein and more than 32x more effective than BCAAs alone:

      Dietary Protein: ex.WHEY ISOLATE
      {almost any protein can be used. They are not created equal as far as AA profiles}
      * Protein has to first get digested and broken down into amino acids so it takes longer to get absorbed into the blood stream.
      * Depending on the meal, digestion times can vary so you’re body doesn’t get the same concentration of amino acids all at once as it would with taking a quality EAA supplement.
      * Some people with digestion issues may have a hard time breaking down dietary protein resulting in bloating and gas.

      BCAA: L- Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine
      {They Only Contain 3 of the 9 aninos}
      * BCAAs spike certain amino acids throwing off the balance of the amino acid pool in the blood and triggering degradation enzymes. This process further throws off the balance and availability of amino acids needed to actually stimulate protein synthesis.
      * Spiking only certain animo acids in the blood, throws off which amino acids gets transported into the brain. This can influence things like your mood and cravings.
      - **BCAAs are vital for energy production and muscle metabolism, BCAAs alone do not stimulate muscle protein synthesis.**{Main Point} !!
      - Most users use intra workout and post workout. You do not need to. Drink water or whatever you want. You will have maximization of Everything you need along with all benefits of Both EEAs and BCAAs.

HUMAN TRIALS ON EEAs vs BCAAs
BCAA trials were done on rats in the 1980s. Last clinical study 2006. There have been over 24 human clinical trails done with EAAs.

**Remember - there is a Patented Formula Dr. Wolfe and Korean Jeanne Wei{aging specialist with UAMS council on aging/Harvard/Blah} are inventors of US patent US 9,597,367 that was developed after $17millon in Cash{Twinlab and Korea private funding} was granted for research into EEA research Only. Research was done in 2016-17. Dr. Robert Wolfe ant many other people invented patented EEA forumulas but Wolfe and Wei have rights to final EEA product. There has been $20million last 20yrs in total done on EEA research. The formula was made up up the exact 9 aminos your muscles are made up of. Taking an EAA will also increase the production and functioning of mitochondria. Timing and knowing exactly WHY you should spend money on these 3 out of 4 supps{you get all 4 without buying BCAAS if you use a decent protein powder. Or not using Anything, but I not only take them; I have learned how much they help in augmentation of my musculature.

THE REAL SOLUTION AND HOW I IMPLEMENT THESE SUPPLEMENTS FOR THE PURPOSES OF BODYBUILDING: - Especially if you are using PED’s and are last the beginner level.!

To get an increase in protein turnover and get the most benefits out of your workout it is best to supply the body with a balanced ratio of EAAs.

MAX’s PROTOCOL/DIRECTIONS(Not the actual suggestions from the company or the scientists who are funded to either: A) Sell you Shit! B) Sell you Ineffective Dosages
      C) Sell a quality Product and specialize in that product or products. SUPPLEMENTS MENTIONED HERE ARE NOT DRUGS AND SHOULD BE TAKEN 7 days a week, 365. Not on just training days! Take at time you normally would even on off days as we grow on a continual basis.
      1. Take one: 5.5g serving 30min before weight training.. Take 1 hr before cardio if not doing weights. Take 7 days a week, non training days take same time
      2. Take Post Workout Shake of Whey Isolate or other FF protein w 5g Creatine you will get 5.5-11 grams of BCAAS naturally in Whey Isolate! Done
[Basically you can use protein multiple times a day between meals but not to replace meals. I like 15lb Monstadon 50g Whey Isolate/30g HBCDs. Best Bulk Whey Protein | New World Nutritionals
      Use code : maxam
w my 5g Creatine for LBM.]

      DIRECTIONS/TIMING DOSAGES:
      •Aerobic Trainign:Take EAA within 1 hr after~
•Body Building/Resistance: Take EAA 30min before~ * They suggest 30min post workout as well. I only recommend if calorie restricted and if so, use a zero fat, lowest carb isolate protein. Food is Awesome, supplemental protein powder is not food, is does not replace meals! It is used for you to add to your diet. MOST IMPORTANTLY DURING A CUT!!!

Protein Powder: ex. Whey Isolate contains
an Avg of 11grams of BCAAS!! per 2 scoops/5.6g per scoop (std scoop is 32g) isolate has 93%max total protein, the highest total of any other powder. Using a BV biological value fraction available.
*PDCAAS/DIAS scoring systems are not used here*.

This is why you DO NOT NEED BCAAs during workout. You can take BCAAs at anytime and they work supplying energy for the muscle. If you use only one shake per day, I use a post workout shake at minimum with
5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate which produced in the human body from the amino acids glycine, arginine, an additional requirement for methionine: 3 aminos.

      EAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!NowSports Amino 9 Essentals makes the best product, nonfillers, flavors, anything but straight EEAs: $21-$23 for a bottle of powder 11.64oz - 60 servings of exact formula @ 5.5g per dose. CHEAP!! Watch out for people charging $44 ; it is $21-$23.95(runs out constantly!!}

The Twinlab owner, patented EAAs sells REAALEAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!! The Original - Essential Amino Acid Muscle Multiplier- 3.6g 30 servings $28.50 on Amazon, with all kinds of sweetness. Etc so over double the price!! Expensive!!

      Max
      Hope that helpsEAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!EAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!EAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!

      EXTRA:
Creatine Final Studies: (Slam it! It will not hurt you) GUARANTEED RESULTS!!
FYI- National Kidney Foundation investigated Creatine Again 2019 for a final time They identified 15 studies from 1997 - 2013 that looked at standard creatine loading and maintenance protocols of 4–20 g/day of creatine versus placebo. They utilized serum creatinine, creatinine clearance, and serum urea levels as a measure of renal damage. While in general creatine supplementation resulted in slightly elevated creatinine levels that remained within normal limits, supplementation did not induce renal damage!!! Period, the end: this was used on all ages, diabetics.
BulkSupplements has a scam powder of 15g if a proprietary formula: not listing amounts of each amino acid{bogu} forced to change label; sued in California. I used to use em. Never again. Has multiple really bad problems including lead and heavy metals fines, label lies!!

      Thanks for sharing that Max.
      EAAS vs BCAAs
      Interesting about creatine.
Whey isolate all the way...easier on the stomach compared to whey concentrate

      Max,
Hydrolyzed is broken down even more than straight isolate, so isn't that beneficial?

Yes. You get a little less protein but, the benefit is that anyone who had digestive issues with normal milk, whey or even whey isolate should try Hydrolyzed whey as it is already <broken down> as you said. It is super easy on the tummy! Less to zero GI discomfort. I have a lot of clients who only can used Hydrolyzed version of protein powder. Enzymes and probiotics can also help of course EAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!EAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!. Thanks for bringing that up! Indeed. The timing is something that is intriguing and I try to explain that to others. Whether a PED, supplement, a meal, or micronutrients; they all need to be used correctly and at the right amount for that individuals purpose or goal : losing fat or weight, gaining lean muscle mass, recomping{the hardest and most prized goal!} EAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!EAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!. Timing, amount, type, and utilization are over looked. Maybe just one aspect or all . Each component or part of each subject is Important.

      Thank you Max
So if I take creatine with my whey Protein ‘post workout’ and EAA‘s ‘intro work out’
Will I need a carb post workout?

      On a bulk I take 80-150 mixed carbs : maltodexrin/waxy maize/dextrose/hbcd s

Different ratios. So YES SIREAAS/BCAAS/WHEY ISOLATE/CREATINE: THEY WORK!!
If you need more detail PM me . Each persons is different.
