Thread: Berberine sides?

I'm thinking of adding Berberine to my daily supplement regime, but before I do I'm curious if anyone has gotten any negative sides from the stuff? Also what dose did you start with/currently take? Thanks

I can get low blood sugar sides (shaking, weakness) if I take to much or after a workout. I'm very careful when I switch brands to guage the strength correctly. I've found similarly dosed products to effect me differently.
