Why not go for walks after you eat too? Lowers blood sugar supposedly even more than metformin, I've had success with it

I won’t show the brand but, all products are not equal, in fact I had to go to 32 companies before even one would send me a copy. That showed me some of the big brands are hiding low quality . Once you gat a high pure 99%+ Berberine HCL, get it. 1 gram after each big {3} meals help. I have used both, so opt for the supplement now. I do make my own mix with other stuff. But this is a great supp.
