Had to stop Berberine!
I was on 500mg/3x day with meals and the stuff gave me HORRIBLE gas! I tried before meals, during meals and after and same results. It took 2 fulls days for my guts to go back to normal. To be fair though I do have sensitive guts and unfortunately Berberine ain't for me. The gas pressure was so bad it was pushing on my organs and I had to lay on my stomach to help get the gas out. Others in my family are on it too without the bad gas so it's me not the product I assume.

This happens at first, but it goes away and then it actually helps your gut.

Ya I've run it for yrs with no noticeable sides. It's a part of my BP OTC protocol.
