The compounds don’t really make that much different. Your diet is what is gonna dictated how much you gain. However short esters generally yield less water retention and longer esters will have you hold more. When you discontinue the compounds the water retention will drop and then you will know how much you really gained

Oats , banana , peanut butter , milk , protein
Oats 150 cal half cup
2 spoons of peanut butter is 200 cal
Scoop of protein is about 100 cal
Cup of milk is 100 cal
Banana is 100 cal
650 cal
If to thick dilute with water
