      Mucuna Pruriens (Velvet Bean Extract)

      Hey all, this is kinda border line health and wellness but this sounded more fitting, anyways this goodybag showed up today and I was wondering what you all think of this, the actual product i got here as well as any experiences using velvet bean extract or l- dopa on or off a cycle,
      I first discovered this back in my beginner experimentation days and found that this raises dopamine therefore on cycle its a good ancillary running 19nors as opposed to caber and pramipexole, along with p5p it actually works very well combating the prolactin sides, I also noticed I felt really good most the time well using around 300mgs of this, had some cycle support supps with this. I also found it has nootropic effect. So I decided to grab this and seemed like a Good deal for quality,
      I'll start tomorrow morning with a teaspoon in my coffee first, next day I'll throw it in my morning shake and see which I like better as far as solubility.. from what the manufacturer states 1/2 teaspoon is approximately 3grams which is pretty high. And they state you can take up to 20gs a day, to me that sounds like ALOT compared to the 250/300mgs I was getting in the past
      I'm thinking 1/2 teaspoon once in the morning to start, maybe in about 2 weeks but it up to 2x daily.. what do you all think?

      Day 1 in Coffee mixed fairlly will, little bit of residual chunks on the bottom not much, took about 10 to 15 seconds to dissolve stirring with a spoon, added a slight earthy taste but very tolerable, feeling a little extra kick After half the cup. Finished it off and definitely feeling a little more pep to my step..

      Update End of Day. So I finished getting ready for work a little after the last post and Damn Was i amped! I didn't expect such a kick but it was, to the point of having the jitters for over an hour, I was flying through work getting it done and with more clarity then usual, once the jitters subsided and I ate a little something it smoothed out but I still had that kick where I didn't even wanna sit down if I had the opportunity to, and all through the day (8am to 5pm im at work) i still feel a little juiced OH and my libido was way more pronounced, I was hitting up my wife telling her how bad she was gonna get it and I was about to start drilling holes in the walls lol
      Stomach felt a little different but no sick feeling. I can tell I need to build a tolerance to this and get used to it period..
      Im interested to see how it effects me in my morning protein shake instead of the cup of coffee, maybe less jitters? I'm thinking it definitely enhanced the caffeine in the coffee i do my shake about an hour after I wake up and have my cup of coffee, ill update tomorrow but so far I'm surprised by the kick and satisfied with the product I went with.

      So I did my dose in my shake shortly after waking and my cup of 50/50 death wish coffee, I have to say no jitters today. Definitely had some decent energy and motivation the problem was right before work I had some personal issues come up that had me in a foul mood most the morning so it kinda ruined getting a feel for what if any the effects were,
      I did feel a little more on point through that time so its doing something,
      tomorrow I think I'll do it in my coffee again and I'm thinking its more effective on an empty stomach we'll see how it fairs. Hoping for a better day all around.

      Took the weekend off of it and started again today via coffee, definitely felt a desire to get ready for work and get $hit done once I got there. Thinking about cappin it cause I just can't get over the texture in my coffee. Makes it more of a chalky taste, gonna get some caps and do 3 or 4 a day Monday thru Friday.
