I have tried it. It’s ok. I think it works but nothing crazy. I dunno if it was just me but it gave me some burps lol. But it was like burping up the powder kind of taste.

Well I took 2 earlier and 2 about 2 hours ago... most reviews said it took 2-3 days to really start working. I ate good today with no issues though so thats good.
Its just really hard for me to eat more than I NEED. Anyrhing that helps without out hurting is worth a shot for $20.
Ill stay on 4/day and see what happens.
Based on like 700 reviews I read... About 30% said it made them insanely hungry, about 60% said it worked good and they put on weight, and like 10% or less said it had little to no affect.
Everyones diff, wait and see I guess.

Ive never been a big eater. When I was a little kid, Id go a day or 2 sometimes without eating anything. My metabolism is insanely fast. I just dont get "hungry" until Im depleted. I dont like feeling FULL, to me its uncomfortable. I can eat a meal and 2-3 hours later my stomach is empty, but I wont get hungry and have an appetite until my body NEEDS food.
Ive tried explaining the whole bodybuilding thing to my gut, he doesn't care. All he ever wanted was sick abs to wear and he has those already. Lol!
So, yesterday 1 took 2 and 2.
It does helpl! 2 ways - I got hungry about 1 hour after the previous meal, like actually hungry, my mouth was watering and I had little hunger pains. Later, I ate a big dinner of steak, potato & green beans, I finished it all! ... but it didnt feel like I ate, I wasnt even full! It was weird but so far its working for me!
