Best low carb protein powder?
If there is such a thing. What do you guys like best? I haven’t taken protein powders in years bc I thought they all tasted like shit. I’m thinking about trying some again.

ISO PURE has low & zero carb protien. Its ridiculously easy to drink. Even in milk its pretty much like just drinking milk.
I scored a 7.5lb tub for $70 on Ebay. Its $20/lb in the store.
Drinking 50g of ISO PURE protien is easier than drinking 20g of most others.
I like the zero carb, because that way I can add carb sources & amounts on my own for what I need instead if a pre-made ratio.

Rich piana has a nice real food supplement that seemed to have heads turning I hear people love it I’m not big on protein powders unless it’s high end most are made out of shit ingredients if it’s cheap it’s shit but redcon one is a great brand there products backed by Dave palumbo so I’d give them a shot

I always go with unflavored whey isolate mixed with used toilet water since I am a tree hugger... But those who like the taste, unflavored whey isolate in about anything tastes fantastic... yogurt, milk, anything in a blender.

I tend to avoid chocolate powders as the amount of cocoa needed to flavor it makes the number of servings per pound less.
If you like fruity flavor then Dynamize ISO 100 fruity pebbles is god-tier flavor, and is very high quality whey. I can literally eat it straight out of the tub, and the colored sprinkles make a rainbow of glory in your shaker cup.
Dynamize ISO 100 Orange Dreamsicle is a close second in flavor. Their birthday cake is sweet-tasting but unremarkable. The strawberry is lousy.

The wife and I switched to Redcon1 (if you sign up, Redcon sends 50% off notices) MRE to see if it would cut back on bloat compared to a whey based protein. It has for us. We get the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip. It tastes great
Two shakes
12 ice cubes
2 heaping scoops of MRE
2 cups almond milk unsweetened
2 cups pre sliced and frozen banana
1 big heaping tablespoon of creamy peanut butter
2 cups of baby spinach
