I thought it was the most common and easiest vitamin to consume and absorb, but apparently vitamin c is one of the most sensitive vitamins, and even low-heat pasteurization in juice will destroy it. A lot of articles also suggest that ascorbic acid is actually NOT vitamin C. It's worth a search if you're interested in it.
